Designed for complete beginners, the session starts with an introduction to basic diving techniques and how the equipment works before heading into the sea for a shallow dive accompanied throughout by an experienced instructor. Participants can relax and explore the marine environment without needing a diving qualification, with the experience personalised to help first-time divers feel comfortable underwater. Full scuba equipment, compulsory diving insurance, instructor supervision and an underwater photo report are included. - Book directly through Diving Salou and then confirm the date, starting time and exact meeting or pickup arrangements. Provide accurate participant ages and equipment sizes. Disclose relevant medical conditions and ask for the medical questionnaire before the activity when there is any uncertainty. Leave at least 12 hours between a single introductory dive and a flight, and follow any more conservative instruction provided by the dive centre.
