Booking advice
Select the four-hour morning, four-hour afternoon or eight-hour full-day option through the direct booking calendar. No payment is taken when booking. A card is authorised as a guarantee and the charter is paid on boarding by cash or card. Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before departure; if the skipper cancels because of unsafe weather, there is no charge or the trip can be moved to another date. The card supplied during booking is retained only as a guarantee. Payment is made by cash or card when boarding. Provide the correct passenger number and the ages of any children. Confirm the exact marina meeting point and arrive approximately 15 minutes before departure. Bring additional food and drinks when required, particularly for the full-day charter.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free until seven days before the scheduled charter. When the customer cancels within the final seven days, 15% of the charter price is charged. A no-show incurs a charge of 25%. When the skipper cancels because of unsafe weather or sea conditions, no charge is made. Customers can instead reschedule without an additional fee.
