Diverball9 Tarragona

Diverball9 Tarragona is a new indoor football centre that opened in September 2026 in the old AeroJump building on the Salou–Tarragona road. It's football, but not as you know it. The pitch is completely caged in, so the ball never goes out of play: there are no throw-ins, corners or goal kicks. And there are nine balls in play at the same time, so everyone has to keep their wits about them.

Matches last 50 minutes and finish with a penalty shoot-out. As well as the normal goal, there are light-up targets around the goal area. Hit "GX2" and your next goal counts double, while "P" and "KP" earn you extra penalties at the end. The pitch has artificial grass, lights and sound, and a viewing area where friends and family can watch with a drink.

There's more than just the main pitch. The centre has around half a dozen different spaces, including:
- Cannon Pro: a ball cannon fires at you, and you aim at seven targets in the goal.
- Technical Room: for working on your skills.
- Diver Mix: a mad mix of foot-tennis, Teqball and basketball.
- Diver Street: light-up targets that keep changing.
- A training area for coaches and teams.

The whole place is air-conditioned, and there's a café.

It suits groups of friends, families with football-mad kids, sports teams and school or club groups, and it's a popular choice for children's birthday parties. Teams get their own "Play Box" with a fridge to rest in between games.
