Phone lost or stolen
Use device-location tools, lock the device, block the SIM and protect email and banking accounts as soon as possible.
- Keep the device serial or IMEI somewhere separate.
- Do not confront someone shown at a tracking location.
- Report theft and retain the reference for insurance.
